Over 15,000 Illegal Birds and Protected Animals On Sales Openly in Palembang, South Sumatra (May 30, 2016)

Over 15,000 illegal birds and other protected animals on sales in two markets in Palembang, South Sumatra province. Scorpion investigator visited the markets on Sunday, 29 May 2016. Today, Scorpion sent a report and photographs to head of Natural Resources Conservation Agency (BKSDA) South Sumatra based on its findings in the markets.

Approximately 3,000 Illegal Birds On Sale in Jambi, Sumatra (May 22, 2016)

On the roadsides of KH Alwi Ahmad Shahab Street in Jambi city, Jambi province, there are six shops selling wildlife mostly birds. Scorpion Investigator visited this wildlife market on Sunday (22 May 2016) and found approximately 3,000 birds on sale in this market.
