Close down all illegal wildlife sales in Indonesia. The wildlife belongs in the wild. Indonesian Law No. 5/1990 says: Every person who kill, capture, keep protected species (alive or dead) can be sentenced to five years in jail and fine of IDR100 million (US$7,400.00).
Three wild animals were released back to their natural habitat (August 27, 2020)

On Thursday, Ausgust 27, 2020, The Wildlife Authority Agency (BBKSDA Sumut) together with the Scorpion Foundation have released three wild animals back into their natural habitat at Siranggas Wildlife Reserve, Pakpak Bharat, Sumatra. With 5,612 ha of protected forest, Siranggas Wildlife Reserve is also home for two endemic species of Indonesia, Sumatran tiger (Panthera tigris sumatrae) and Orangutans (Pongo abelii).

Before being released to Siranggas Wildlife Reserve, the three wild animals were rehabilitated in Wildlife Rescue Center in Sibolangit. Now, an 8 meters of python (Malayopython reticulatus), a pangolin (Manis javanica) and a leopard cat (Prionailurus bengalensis) can live free in their wild habitat.
