Bali Water Police thwarted an attempt to smuggle 45 green turtles to the island on Wednesday. Five people have been arrested.

The lion cub in the video clip seemed to be sedated for a photoshoot with visitors. WAZA is presently conducting a thorough investigation into the matter.
Posted on 10:32 April 10th, 2016 Read more...Taman Safari Indonesia denied that they had drugged the lion, which was revealed to be a cub. A spokesperson for the animal theme park said they have rules in place so that the photo prop cub can get all the naptime he requires.

Officials at the safari park where the pictures were taken insist the animal was not drugged but just "very sleepy."
