Recently, hundreds of community livestock in Siborong-borong North Tapanuli died allegedly attacked and their blood sucked by mysterious creatures. On June 20, 2020, the Wildlife Authority team the Scorpion Foundation and OIC carry out joint investigation to some villages in Siborong-borong, to ensure this case is a disturbance caused by wildlife, not by supernatural creatures. Local villagers named this creatures as 'Homang'.
