A suspected stuffed "bird of paradise" displayed in a guest house ("Wisma G") in Banjarnegara city, Central Java province. Scorpion Foundation reported this stuffed animal to head of Wildlife Authority (BKSDA) in Central Java today (10th of October 2016). In its report, Scorpion Foundation requested that the Wildlife Authority check this stuffed animal for further action by the wildlife authority.
Indonesian Law No. 5/1990 says: Every person who kill, capture, keep protected species (alive or dead) can be sentenced to five years in jail and fine of IDR100 million (US$7,400.00).
