BBKSDA and Scorpion Rescue an Injured Eagle in Medan (May 10, 2017)

The Wildlife Authority (BBKSDA) in North Sumatra province and the Scorpion Wildlife Trade Monitoring Group rescued an injured eagle in Medan today.  The eagle kept illegally in Pasar Merah area in Medan. The owner said, he did not know that the bird was protected by the law.

The head of the bird is injured and need medical care in a newly established Animal Rescue Center of BBKSDA in Sibolangit.
