In December 2019, during the patrol mission in Central, Field Investigator of Scorpion found a black eagle (Ictinaetus malaiensis) shooted by unidentified poacher in Bergang Village, Ketol-Central Aceh. With help of Wildlife Authority (BKSDA Aceh), on 04th January 2020, the team rescued the eagle to Lhokseumawe for intensive medical checkup.
