The dog-wild boar fight is a cruelty to animal. This fight is expressed in a theatrical show featuring one person with a dog mask and another person with a boar mask “fighting” each-other. This theatrical performance was carried out in Bandung, West Java to attract attention of various parties especially the provincial government of West Java.
The theatrical event was done by a group of young people (coordinated by Scorpion Foundation) during a demonstration in Bandung on Monday (23/10)
Director of Wild Investigation Division at Scorpion, Marison Guciano told the press that the dog-wild boar fight (locally known as “Adu Bagong”) is a wrong tradition and needs to be terminated.”
