On the 10th of october 2024 The Scorpion Indonesia Foundation field & ranger staff visited several villages which are  Sipetang village, Suka Maju village, Tordolok village and Lobupining village.

In this visit, The team asked to the local villagers for the existence of orangutans in villages. According to them, in this fruit season orangutans still often appear in the village and be aware that it’s protected.The team also asked them to notify us if they encounter orangutans instead drive away by making trap that may harm them.
