Orangutan Festival 2019 at Grand Forest Park Bukit Barisan, Sumatra (August 17, 2019)

The Wildlife Authority (BBKSDA) in North Sumatra together with local NGO's carried out Orangutan Festival 2019 at Grand Forest Park Bukit Barisan on 17th of August 2019.

This festival aims at raising awareness among the people in Medan about orangutan conservation.

Activities of the festival included photography competition, camping, film screening, etc.

Scorpion Foundation is one of the NGO's participating in the festival.
