Another male long-tailed macaque was
also escaped from his cage in Tanjung Mulia Medan and disturbed people in the village.
The willife authority (BBKSDASU) and
Scorpion Indonesia team captured this animal and evacuated him from Tanjung
Mulia village to Scorpion office in Medan. Later, this animal was translocated
to the Scorpion Macaque Rescue Centre in Batang Toru, South Tapanuli Regency
for medical check up, and rehabilitation.
