Expose of GLNP Activity in INDOFEST 2018 (May 6, 2018)

The Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MoEF) held the fourth Indonesia Outdoor Festival (INDOFEST) at Jakarta Convention Center in Jakarta from 3 to 6 May 2018. This festival is carried out every year and this year is the fourth year with the theme "Embrace the Journey".

 

Up to 20 outdoor activity communities, 12 national parks from all over Indonesia, trip organizers, and private sectors, participated in the event. Gunung Leuser National Park (GNLP) was one of the participants. In this event, the GNLP authority held an expose of its activity around the GLNP with local community in community development.

 

The GNLP carried the exhibition in partnership with its NGO partners, including Scorpion Foundation.

 

Scorpion displayed four large posters (A-1 Size) at the exhibition consisted of posters of animals it has rescued in Java and Sumatra.
