Scorpion Insists MoEF to Prevent Cruelty to Animals in Bandung Zoo (June 29, 2016)

Scorpion Foundation today Wednesday (June 29, 2016) reports condition of animal in Bandung Zoo. Elephant is chained on two legs causing the elephant unable to move freely and stress. It is considered an act of cruelty to elephant and should be prevented.
