IFOTA Press Release: Shut Down the World's Worst Bengkulu Zoo !!! (July 28, 2015)

Investigators from the Indonesian Friends of the Animals NGO group were shocked to find animals in Bengkulu Zoo, Sumatra, Indonesia kept with no food or water and held in cages full of rubbish. The condition of this zoo is very regretful and probably the worst zoo in the world.

Bengkulu Zoo is Very Depressing (July 25, 2015)

Condition of Bengkulu zoo is very depressing. When visiting this  zoo on Saturday (25/07), investigator from Scorpion Wildlife Trade Monitoring Group/Indonesian Friends of the Animals (IFOTA) found a lot of garbage on the animal enclosures. A bird was injured but apparently did not receive treatment.
