Wildlife Monitoring in Rimba Sihasur Village, Sipirok, South Tapanuli (November 11, 2024)

The Scorpion Foundation monitored the habitat of orangutans in the surrounding area of Ramba Sihasur village on the 11th of November 2024.

During the monitoring, Scorpion Foundation discovered an orangutan nest and pandan plants (one of favourite orangutans food). In addition, the field staff also encountered deer foot prints.
