Scorpion Foundation Participates in Wildlife Management Training in Ketapang, West Kalimantan (October 23-27, 2023)

Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat;- Pada tanggal 23-27 Oktober 2023, Yayasan Inisiasi Alam Rehabilitasi Indonesia (YIARI) melakukan agenda pelatihan bersama dalam penganana teknik dasar untuk satwa liar. Kegiatan ini melibatkan beberapa dokter hewan satwa liar dari berbagai oganisasi nirbala dengan basis kepentigan sipil dan lingkungan (NGO atau LSM). Pelatihan dilakukan di Sungai Awan Kiri, Kec.Muara Pawan, Kab.Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat. Dalam kegiatan ini Yayasan Scorpion Indonesia yang diwakili oleh dr.Aris yang berlangsung selama 5 hari.Selain itu diikuti juga oleh dokter hewan lain dari berbagai NGO dan turut mensukseskan kegiatan pelatihan tersebut.

Selama kegiatan para peserta pelatian diberikan materi dan diajarkan teknik dasar oleh pemateri dari YIARI, serta praktik langsung dilapangan guna menerapkan hal-hal yang diajarkan dalam sesi materi seperti penggunaan alat tulup, alat bius, dan senapan bius.
